In the heart of Tuscany, deep into Nature, on a soft hill at 500 mt above sea level, surrounded by amazing landscape, Agriturismo Montegusciani is ready to guest you!

We’re 25 km from wonderful and famous beaches of Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia if you want to relax and have bath-sun for a while, 10 km from amazing San Galgano Abbey and one hour car trip either from world-wide famous historical cities of Siena and San Giminiano.

All our apartments have one or two king size bedrooms and additional sofa-bad is available. Size is about 70 sqm each, with full equipped kitchen ready for your delicious self-prepared food. Need more? Barbeque area is available to grill your food.

All apartments are with window bathroom and shower. Towels and bath clothes provided.

We don’t provide TV into room because we believe surroundings  are much better then soap-opera but we’re indulgent with good Wi-Fi free cover in all area to keep an eye to the world.

Just 30 minutes driving away from Monte Gusciani, Follonica seaside area is one of the most famous place of Tuscany! Sand beaches, long shallow water, not too crowded, is the best place where having sea-side days with family and friends.

Several beaches are organized and we do suggest, for instance, Torre Mozza, Carbonifera and Il Boschetto. Among the others.
